This joint has a super cool outdoor area—some parts are covered, and others are open air. They've got this awesome "open" brewing contraption thingy where you can watch the whole brewing process unfold, from raw ingredients to the magical fermentation dance. And they even have "watch" rooms where you can peek in on the double and triple IPAs being brewed. 🍺🔍
Now, let's talk about Phil, our beertender. This guy was young but had some serious musical chops! He was jamming out to Alice in Chains and Nirvana like it was 1994. Phil was pretty chill, but he couldn't help but chuckle when I pulled off my magic act—getting loose and zooming around like a furry tornado! 🎸🐕
They keep about 10 beers on tap, and since my humans were being responsible, they decided to go all in and try most of them. Their favorites from the taste test were the Big Red IPA, a West Coast IPA, Cosmic Pale, Rice Kolsch, and the Craft Dark Lager. 🍻✨
