Outsider Brewing

🐾🎉 Hey there, party animals! Let me tell you about our last stop on our Sunday evening adventure: Outsider Brewery! Now, when we rolled up, I was greeted by a werewolf standing outside. I mean, what kind of place is this? I half expected to see a vampire serving drinks next! Talk about a unique vibe! 🌕🍻

This joint has a super cool outdoor area—some parts are covered, and others are open air, perfect for soaking up the moonlight (or avoiding it if you’re a vampire). They’ve got this awesome “open” brewing contraption thingy where you can watch the whole brewing process unfold, from raw ingredients to the magical fermentation dance. It’s like a science class, but with beer! And they even have “watch” rooms where you can peek in on the double and triple IPAs being brewed. I think those were the two beers… my canine memory can be a bit fuzzy, especially after all those hotdogs! 🍺🔍

Now, let’s talk about Phil, our beertender. This guy was young but had some serious musical chops! He was jamming out to Alice in Chains and Nirvana like it was 1994, which totally took one of my humans back to her college days. I mean, who doesn’t love a little grunge while sipping on a cold one? Phil was pretty chill, but he couldn’t help but chuckle when I pulled off my magic act—getting loose and zooming around like a furry tornado! 🎸🐕

They keep about 10 beers on tap, and since my humans were being responsible (for once), they decided to go all in and try most of them. Their favorites from the taste test were the Big Red IPA, a West Coast IPA, Cosmic Pale, Rice Kolsch, and the Craft Dark Lager. I mean, with names like that, how could they resist? 🍻✨
